Homework is to be worked on MyMathLab. If you choose not to use
MyMathLab, the above problems are your homework assignments and are due
the day of the apporpriate test. NO LATE HOMEWORK WILL BE ACCEPTED.
To log into MyMathLab, go to www.coursecompass.com/
and log in. The first time you go there, you will need to register
using the access code that came with your book. Just follow the
on-screen instructions and use the course ID for your section.
Section .S08 the course ID is mobley47453 .
Section .S14 the course ID is mobley34697 .
Labs are the modules printed in the back of your book or in a
separate insert that came bundled with the book. If you would rather
not tear them out of your book, you may print them fom this page.
You can either type it in or drag over it and copy and paste the ID
into Course Compass. Don't forget to download the MathXL downloads so
you can get the full advantage from MyMathLab.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Attendance is expected of all students. If a student is unable to attend it is his/her responsibility to contact a study partner to obtain assignments.
NOTE: A copy of the generic syllabus is available in the division office and on the college web site at: http://iws.ccccd.edu/syllabus
Make-up Policy: Every student is responsible for any assignment given during his/her absence. A student missing one exam for a valid reason may replace the missing grade with the final exam grade. No make-up tests will be given. All students are required to take the Final exam.
Academic Ethics:
The college may initiate disciplinary proceedings against any
student
accused of scholastic dishonesty. Scholastic dishonesty includes, but
is
not limited to, statements, acts or omissions related to application
for
enrollment or the award of a degree, and/or the submission of material
as
one's own work that is not one's own.Scholastic dishonesty may involve
one
or more of the following acts: cheating, plaigerism, collusion and/or
falsifying
academic records.
Cheating is the willful giving or receiving of information in an
unauthorized manner during an examination, illicitly obtaining
examination questions in advance, using someone else's work in advance
as if it were one's
