Discuss client presentation schedule -
Presentations have been put off one week, to 4/13 and 4/15.
Is it possible to change Wednesday's schedule to earlier in the day? Would this be easier or harder for clients to attend?

Presentation design
The purpose of a design presentation is to communicate the design to the client for approval.
Presentation criteria:
- Wow factor
Initial impression, overall look and feel of the presentation
- Professional
Neat, organized well, good quality
- Amount of information
Just enough, but not too much
- Type of information
What does the client need to know
- Principles of design
Presentation is a design within a design, follows the same rules
- Presentation style = project style
Presentation is a vignette of the whole project

Assignment:
- Create a list of items that need to be included on your presentation board(s).
- Sketch the board layout to scale. Identify all items and their approximate size.
- List and sketch due Wednesday. (I will make copies to keep during class.)
Wednesday, 4/1
Turn in assignment; I will make copies and return originals.
Discuss presentation sketches.
Finalize presentation schedule.
Class on Monday (4/6) will be for students who need help with drawing plans, elevations, drawing to scale, etc. We can discuss both board drawing and AutoCad. Students who do not need help do not need to attend.
