LEED-CS (Core and Shell) - used for building envelope and systems. CS buildings are planned to be leased to tenants who complete fit-out using LEED-CI (Commercial Interiors).

Assignment:
Design a commercial building for your site that incorporates the sustainable ideas that have been discussed in class. Draw a site plan, floor plan, and at least one elevation, and use callouts (leaders) that note the sustainable features. Drawings must be on 18x24 sheets. Drawings can be sketched, but must be done in a professional manner. Plans should not contain interior walls except for the building core. Three sheets are preferred: site plan, floor plan, elevations. Due Monday, March 23.
