Article:  Author's Last Name, First Name.  Title (in quotes), Name of publication (in italics) Volume # or date, pages.
Internet Site:  Author's Last Name, First Name (if available). Web Address.  Publisher, date last updated.
Note:  all entries should be listed in alphabetical order

Footnote or Endnote Format
initial notation:  Author, Title of work cited, page number
subsequent notations:  Author's last name, page number
