Smarthinking Facts:
Students get a maximum of two hours each week of online tutoring. The online tutoring service offers many ways for students to get the help they need:
1. Connect with a tutor and interact live. Time will be metered out. (The "live" hours are determined by the course.)
2. Submit assignment to the online writing lab and receive a reply usually within 24 hours. Each paper sent to the writing lab will be timed at 30 minutes. (Students can submit a paper anytime.)
3. Submit a question and a tutor will reply within 24 hours. Each question sent for a 24-hour reply will be timed at 20 minutes. (Students can submit a question anytime.)
